Form Design Reports

There are two reports that provide a listing of the form package design. These listings are located under the listing category in the reports option.

To run the form package listing:

  1. Click Reports on the Main Menu side panel.

The Report List page displays.

  1. In the Listings column, select Forms Design Detail Listing or Forms Design Summary Listing. These reports provide the following:
  • Form package information
  • Individual forms and definitions within the package
  • Field names, types, and definitions
  1. From the Report: Forms Design Summary Listing page, select the specific Form Group or Form for which you would like a report.

  1. Select the format: PDF, Doc, XLS, or CVS (raw data).
  2. Click the Execute Report tab.
